Monthly Enrollment Contract
2025 / 2026 School Year

1. Parties

This Agreement is made between Wholehearted Academy ("Academy") and the enrolling parent(s)/guardian(s) ("Family") of the student(s) named below.

2. Enrollment & Program Description

The Family hereby enrolls their child(ren) in Wholehearted Academy for the 2025/2026 school year, commencing September 8, 2025, through June 2026 (end date TBD).

Wholehearted Academy is a nature-aligned, relationship-rich alternative to traditional education, rooted in play-based, inquiry-led, and project-based learning with a strong emphasis on outdoor exploration, emotional literacy, and family integration. The Academy follows a strengths-based personalized learning framework aligned with British Columbia’s core competencies and learning outcomes, guided by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and emergent curriculum philosophies.

3. Tuition & Payment Terms

• Tuition is billed monthly on a recurring basis according to the selected program option:
   • Full program (Mon/Wed/Fri): $1,000/month
   • Partial program (Tue/Thu): $700/month
  
  
• Payments are due on or before the 1st day of each month, starting September 1, 2025.
  
  
  

4. Commitment & Cancellation

• Enrollment is on a monthly recurring basis for the full academic year.
  
  
• By enrolling, families commit to the full 2025–2026 school year and agree to pay all monthly tuition installments from September 2025 through June 2026, regardless of attendance or early withdrawal.
  
  
• Due to the nature of program planning and enrollment commitments, Wholehearted Academy maintains a strict zero refund policy. By enrolling, families acknowledge and accept that all payments made—including the enrollment deposit and monthly tuition installments—are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or unforeseen circumstances.
  
  
  

5. Attendance & Participation

• The Academy encourages regular attendance to foster continuity in learning and community connection.
  
  
• In-person and nature-based activities will be held primarily at our Maple Ridge, BC campus with some outdoor learning environments.
  
  
  

6. Code of Conduct & Philosophy Alignment

• The Academy’s educational approach centers on honoring each child’s unique learning journey, fostering curiosity, emotional intelligence, and community.
  
  
• Families agree to support and uphold the Academy’s philosophy, values, and community guidelines as outlined in enrollment materials.
  
  

7. Health & Safety

• Families will provide up-to-date health information and emergency contacts.
  
  
• The Academy follows all applicable health and safety regulations.
  
  

8. Media & Privacy

• By enrolling, families consent to the Academy’s use of photos and videos taken during activities for promotional and community purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
  
  
• Student records and personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with privacy laws.
  
  

9. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
  
  

10. Acceptance

By clicking, the Family confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this contract and wish to enroll their child(ren) in Wholehearted Academy for the 2025/2026 school year.
